Step inside Jamie Krywicki Wilson's latest project - a stunning modern lake house on Lake Martin, Alabama. This modern masterpiece sits on a point on Lake Martin giving it uninterrupted 360-degree views of the water from almost every room. The design is bold and intentional: high contrast architecture where bright, light-filled gathering spaces transition dramatically into darker, moodier retreats. This modern home is a haven for hosting, specifically designed to accommodate large groups and their children comfortable and stylishly. See how Jamie maximized the views, created dedicated areas for guests, and balanced a sense of dramatic flair with comfortable luxury.

Take a look inside "Highline Highrise," a stunning secondary residence situated high above New York City’s vibrant Meatpacking District. Designed by Beth Meyer of Beth Meyer Design, this incredible 21st-floor apartment overlooks the Highline and the Hudson River, offering a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind city view. When the clients—whose primary residence is in Atlanta—acquired the space, it was a stark, bright white shell with beautiful blond floors. The husband's business office is in New York, and they wanted a home away from home that felt warm, inviting, and comfortable enough to host friends from all over the country, without fighting the magnificent view. In this design story, Beth walks us through her intentional process to create a quiet, serene, yet effortlessly chic environment: Custom Wall Coverings: Discover how we used a Philip Jeffries cotton and linen blend in the main living space, a sateen fabric covering in the bedrooms, and a lovely Holly Hunt wood pattern in the entryway to add instant organic texture and warmth. Navigating Angular Architecture: See how we customized a unique sectional sofa and worked with Rosemary Hallgarten to create bespoke, templated rugs that perfectly fit the apartment’s unusual, angular layout. Art & High-End Details: Explore the custom Amuneal media unit featuring a clever bronze mesh to hide the TV, hand-blown John Pomp glass globe light fixtures, teardrop pendants from Ochre, and curated art pieces that elevate the space from a furniture showroom to a deeply personal home. ✨ Subscribe to our channel to experience more of our design stories and luxury transformations!
